Big Birthday Fun

Luke celebrated his third birthday last weekend! We truly can't believe where the time has gone and when he got so big! We had a very small party at our house on Saturday with just four little friends who are good family friends of ours. (Mom and Dad couldn't handle too much this year with the arrival of little Grace.) It was a gorgeous day so the kids spent much of the time playing outside.

The party was, of course, a Toy Story party as Luke had been asking for that for about six months. His multitude of Toy Story toys made it very easy for me to decorate.

He had a cake with both Woody and Buzz on it, just as he requested. After all, when people ask him if he prefers Woody or Buzz, he always says "I like Buzz AND Woody." with a great emphasis on the AND.

That night the whole family came over to continue the celebration. Luke had a ball with his cousins.

The next day was Luke's actual birthday. We spent some fun time playing outside in his cool new Toy story car and on his Cars scooter. It was an awesome birthday weekend!
