Luke turned 17 months on the 17th. It was a gorgeous spring day, so we took a picnic to our park to celebrate. Having a picnic with a 17 month old turned out to be quite an adventure. It mostly consisted of Luke taking a cracker and then running off towards the playground with me chasing after him. Finally I gave up and packed everything back up in the wagon and we just went and played on the playground for a long time. After that he was finally ready to sit down and enjoy a few bites!
