Summer is Here!

Summer is here! We've already spent some time at Gigi and Grandbob's pool and Luke has been loving it. He's preparing for some water fights with his cousins this summer and has been practicing on his Daddy. We start swimming lessons in a few weeks, so it should be interesting to see how those go.

One hot afternoon last week I thought Luke might enjoy a popsicle while we played outside. But, he is the funniest kid about food and sticky stuff, so maybe this wasn't the right combination for him. I kept trying to show him how to eat it, but he was pretty skeptical.

Corn on the cob at Gigi and Grandbob's house this weekend was another matter...he dug right in and loved it! Can't wait to see what the rest of the summer will bring!
