Karate
You don't want to meet these two in a dark alley.
Luke and his buddy Henry started karate last week and they are loving it. Here they are practicing their bows.
This week it was just the two of them with their teacher, Sensei Loren. She is awesome with kids and they have a ball in the class. This week they earned a brown stripe on their belts for "coordination" and each week they will try to earn a different stripe. Should be fun to watch!
