Besties

Luke and his buddy Davis have been the definition of "besties" this year. These two would spend just about every day together if they could. They have similar, goofy personalities and just generally enjoy being around each other.

Davis' mom texted me this picture after she found this note from Luke in Davis' backpack. Luke told me that his teacher told him the letters to make the note, but that he wrote it all on his own.

It makes us happy to watch these two together and sad that they won't be at the same elementary school. Luke already talks about how he will be back in school with Davis in seventh grade...
