Fun Fourth

We had a great, fun-filled 4th of July! Actually we started with fireworks on the night of the 3rd because the club very near our house did them that night. We watched from a neighbor's driveway and had a great view. Luke loved them and we carried our monitor with us but Grace slept through everything. The next morning we headed to VillageFest for some fun. They looked so cute in their red, white, and blue!

We walked the couple of miles to get there and Grace fell asleep on our walk. She was so cute crashed in the big double stroller.

VillageFest had tons to do - petting zoo, bands, fire trucks, bouncy stuff, and this super-cool waterslide!

Luke even got to shoot a real fire hose with help from a PV fireman.

After the hot walk back to our house we were ready for some pool time. We had a good lunch at Gigi and Grandbob's and then time with the cousins in the refreshing pool.

Luke is loving strawberry ice cream cones at the pool this summer! He NEVER gets this messy, so this is a big deal.

We capped off the day with dinner at the Gibsons and more fun cousin time. We were all exhausted after a very fun 4th of July weekend!
