Way to go, Matt!

Yesterday Matt completed the 4 mile obstacle course known as Run Ruckus. He's been training with his buddy Paul and they were also joined by their friend Nick. Paul ran track at KU for a year and Nick is a marathoner, so Matt did great to complete the really difficult course with them. He was completely covered in mud, has some rope burns on his legs, and is sore from head to toe today, but he did it! I'm really proud of him for the race and for the months he's been getting up to work out before work.

P.S. Matt got a medal and I heard Luke tell his babysitter last night, "Daddy won his race today!" :-)
