Hooping It Up

Luke is doing a four week basketball "camp" for little kids. They do it with a parent (Fine, I'll let Daddy take this one...) and it's mostly to start learning how to take instruction and follow directions. It is perfect for this age. Plus, almost all of the kids in his camp are from his school so he is having lots of fun getting to play with them on Saturday mornings. It looks like all the dads are really enjoying it too.

Practicing bounce passes to Daddy. Here the dads rotated through the line of kids. That was funny to watch because a couple of kids couldn't stop watching their own dads. One little girl freaked out completely and wouldn't do pass to the other dads.

Luke loved this one. The dads set up a little hula hoop obstacle course and the kids manuevered through several times while holding their basketballs. Briggs, Luke, and Davis were all really fast at this one.
