Let the Halloween Fun Begin!

On Sunday evening some of our good friends hosted a great Halloween party at Shawnee Mission Park. Our sweet little lion was very excited to join in the fun. Her costume was Luke's when he was one and Gigi was nice enough to girl it up a little by adding some sweet pink bows and a darling eyelet ruffle collar. Thanks Gigi! The party was safe with these three superheroes in our midst! Spiderman sure was excited to see his buddy Batman and to meet Ironman. They all played together all evening.

We were cracking up at how Luke did not want to break character. It was sunny and in the low 80's and he wore his mask and gloves for a very long time. He finally took his mask off during the hayrack ride and said he needed some water. He loves his costume!

Were these two making plans to rid the world of evil?

After the fun hayrack ride we got to roast hotdogs and then marshmallows to make smores. It was a wonderful evening shared with some fabulous families!

Luke and Walt were fast friends...it helps when you can immediately bond over superhero stuff.

We headed from there straight to catch the end of a neighborhood party. Luke was one of four Spidermen there! He had a great time running around with all the kids for a bit. More Halloween fun to come!
