Wichita Trip

The kids and I made another quick two night trip to Wichita last week. We visited Tanganyika again and the animals were so active in the cooler weather. In fact, it seemed as though these two cheetahs were stalking all the little kids. They were running back and forth along the fence. We said later we should have taken a video, but I think we were all so focused at the time on making sure the kids didn't slide through the fence! Amazing to watch and slightly scary. The best part about Tanganyika is that it is so hands-on. You can pet and/or feed giraffes, lorikeets, kangaroos, tortoises, rabbits, goats, llamas, and lemurs. The kids love it!

It was so fun to have Grace able to walk and explore on her own this time. She really seemed to like the animals.

Our experience with the lemurs was comical again. We did actually get more than one craisin this time and they loved Grace again. Aunt Becca later had one just sitting on her lap too!

We ran around at Bradley Fair shopping center a bit on Friday afternoon. Grace liked the stairs, they both liked the fountain, and Luke liked running around like a wild man!
