Going through the rainbow to get to the children's garden...
They love pumping the water and water the plants.
Grace with some amazing peonies!
Sweet Luke posing by the fountain. That night after dinner we took the kids to a place they'd never been...All-Star Sports. Better known as SportsWorld to Matt and me as we both spent a lot of time there growing up. It has mini-golf, some little rides, and go-carts. Luke was unbelievably excited. Grace was pretty apprehensive, but was too short to ride much anyway. Driving this little yellow "convertible" was probably the highlight of her night.
This tiny little coaster on a circle track looked like a good idea...
until the ride started and the freak-out followed. Luckily the highschooler operating the ride was quick to stop it for her.
Luke loved everything. He enjoyed all the typical kiddie rides.
Grace's enjoyed the carousel with "my Buckle" as she calls him. (She reserves that title for only two people so far. "My Buckle" and "My William.")
This guy was so excited to drive a go-cart all by himself!
He liked moving over to the big kid stuff where he did the giant slide and we rode the roller coaster together. We need to get him to Worlds of Fun this summer for sure! We're a little worried that every Wichita trip from now on might include a request to visit SportsWorld. :)
